Cooking Flourless Cakes has been one of the most exciting recipes I’ve mastered at the beginning of this year. I have to admit that it’s been a nice way to start the year.

Not only do I continue to love the process of change. I look forward to creating new recipes without the guilt of eating to much sugar or loads of carbs.

Change is Good

Change is good especially when my kids are learning how to make better choices in their eating habits. I love to make it fun and tempting. And no one can resist the smell of baked goods first thing in the morning.

It’s becoming an easy process and my family is starting to take a drastic change towards making better choices in their eating habits.

The sweetness on this chocolaty cake is very low, but it doesn’t take away the dense, moist, crispy on the outside, and the actual feeling of indulging chocolaty bread.

Chocolate Makes Everything Better

I was literally drooling while mixing the batter and couldn’t wait to take the first bite. Just mixing the Chocolate Ganache made me feel happy.

There’s no possible way you can go wrong while making this recipe. It will become part of your recipe collection, and you’ll want to make it over and over again.

Guilt free for those that are obsessed with healthy eating and no sugar crash.

Why Wait Just Do it

Easy to make and definitely easy to indulge. Happy and satisfied guaranteed.

I know my family was. ;).
