My mouth literally waters every time I bake. It must be the love for sweet carbs. This was the first time adding something new to my Banana Bread Recipe and it was a delicious twist.


On every bite you can taste the crunchy burned end of the coconut with a hint of sweet honey. The bread itself is moist, dense, and infused with perfect fall season spices.

Instructions
Moist Banana Bread
  1. Pour Melted Butter, Brown Sugar, Cane Sugar blend with hand mixer. Add Eggs, Sour Cream, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Almond Extract, Ground Cloves, Pumpkin Pie Spice, Nutmeg, Fine Sea Salt, Baking Flour, Ripped Bananas . Set Aside.
Coconut Glaze
  1. Heat pan on low hear, pour Unsalted Butter, Raw Honey, Cinnamon, Shredded Coconut. Cook for 5-6 minutes
  2. On a 8x8x3x3 Baking Dish Spray Cooking Spray, Pour Coconut Glaze into dish. Add Banana Bread Batter on top of the Coconut Glaze. Place Baking Dish into the oven at 325 Degrees, Bake for 85-90 minutes. Note Insert a toothpick to insure that the batter is cooked throughout.
