Looks Great and taste fantastic.
I can honestly admit that food rules my world.Lamb is one of my favorite meats, you can almost imagine the twinkle in my eyes with the preparation and when it came out of the oven.
With my unique diet it gives me an excuse to eat meat. Which includes protein to benefit my fitness goals.
By far I confess that I find it challenging since I love fatty juicy cuts, and I don’t see myself limiting red meats in the near future.
And this recipe wasn’t the exception cooked to perfection and highlight of my day.
Yes I tend to get a little carried away with the spices, but their totally worth adding.
It had all the components that a good meat with great taste must have juicy, fatty, garlicky, and tender.
Perfectly seasoned and rich in flavors.
Literally must of forgotten my manners, but it was that good. Perfect glaze added from the Balsamic Vinegar, which added a dash sweetness.
Great on salads, rice, or on a wrap.
How do You Like Your Steak
I love mine medium rare. And when I say red, I mean red. 😉 My family doesn’t approve with my choices when eating meats. But they never have, no need to try and impress.
But I will go out of my way to cook it a little extra for my family.
One thing I have realized with all my dishes they are definitely meat eaters. They enjoy it as much as I do.
Wondering if Boneless Lamb Leg is Lean the answer is, “Yes.”
